Welcome to the BMS (Bench Mark Sims) Ramp Start training. In this training mission, you will lean the procedures for starting up the F-16. You will also gain some insight about most of the jet's systems. You can find more detailed explanations in the next training missions, and the manuals found in your Documentation and Manuals link, from your BMS Launcher. After each instruction set is complete, you will be prompted to press a key. The Trigger Catapult key will enable you to continue. Default key is <shift k >. You can exit the training mission at any time by pressing the Esc key, and then <e> to End Mission.

BEFORE ENTERING COCKPIT  

Before we delve into the mission, please make sure the following check list is performed:

You have NOT changed the default key file, which is KEYSTROKES. If you changed that, it is your responsibility to remember which key does what.

Your resolution is set 1024*768, in your SETUP-GRAPHICS page. Other resolutions may look odd!

Check the Display Radio Subtitles checkbox in your SETUP-SIMULATION page.

Check the Enable external mouse look checkbox in your SETUP-CONTROLLERS-ADVANCED page.

Do not press any keys or buttons, unless instructed to do so.

Do not move the viewpoint. Stop your Track-IR and uninstall Face Track NoIR.

If you want to change the viewpoint zoom level, just use your mouse scrollwheel to zoom

不要移动视角。停止使用你的头瞄并且卸载。。。软件。

如果你想改变视角的缩放比例，就用鼠标滚轮来缩放。


按SHIFT加K继续。

[51],是啊，现在才开始玩，后来发现INSKY组织早就汉化出来了，可人家设置好像要组织里的人才能看的。冷启动还有一个重要的关必须过，就是熟悉座舱里的面板，各个面板里的按钮旋钮等的使用。这样搞搞印象深刻点哦。

We will take it slowly today, so the startup might take some time to complete. The procedure outlined in this training version, is an abbreviated version, and slightly in a different order than the real F-16 checklist. That is because some of the real world items do not apply to the simulator.  During the training, you will see instructions appear on your screen.  The instructions consist of a short description of the task to be performed, followed by the actual checklist wording where applicable. Operate only the controls (switches, knobs, buttons etc.) mentioned in the instructions. All of the other controls will be disabled. If you do not understand how to do something, just press<Shift k > and I will try to advance you one step forward.
